To start charging without using CURRENT Charge, you can chose to link a charging card or tag, also called RFID to your user.
CURRENT Charge supports all types of RFID's as long as the reader on the charging point supports it.
* Please note that this guide requires you to be at a charging point.
Step 1: Start the CURRENT application on your phone.
Make sure that you have logged in to your user.
* If you are not logged in to your user, you can do so by clicking the "Log in" button on the bottom right.
Step 2: Go into Settings
On the bottom right of your screen, there will be a button called "Settings" with an icon of a cogwheel. Proceed with clicking on "Settings" and then continue with clicking on "Charging tags".
Step 3: Charging tags
Once you have made it into charging tags, proceed with clicking on "Add your first tag"
* Remember that this does not necessarily have to be a tag, but can also be a card.
Proceed with following the necessary steps, while standing next to the chosen charging point.
Step 4: Register the charging tag or card
Hold your charging tag or card on the reader, on the charging point.
* Some charging points require you to connect a cable to your car in order to register your charging tag or card.
Step 5: You have now registered your charging tag or card!
Congratulations! You have now registered your charging tag or card to your user in CURRENT Charge. This means that you don't have to start a charging session with doing so by the phone, but you can instead start by just swiping your charging tag or card on the reader on a charging point.
